SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unworn, in originally good condition, with all Mayemmy tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

·       Customised items

·       Gift cards

·       Final sale items

Please note that We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor refund original shipping costs for any return.

 

To initiate a return or exchange of an item, please email us at bark@mayemmy.com with a corresponding subject and order number.

 

Please include the following information in the email:

1.     Your order number

2.     Reason for return\exchange

3.     Any relevant comments

After the return or exchange is pre-accepted, we will let you know the address to which you’d need to mail the item(s).

SHIPPING

We ship from Belgium.

You can also choose to pick up your order at check out.

A pick up is of course free of charge, but an appointment needs to be made.

When you choose to pick up your order you will receive an email where you can make an appointment.

You will receive your order in Belgium within 
7 days.
 
All orders will be sent by DPD, POST.NL or BPOST and are insured. 
The shipping fees are displayed while placing your order.

Notification and tracking is sent via e-mail. 



Good news if you live far, far away: 
we ship from Belgium to the world.

The total cost of your items ordered (in Euro) plus shipping fees  will be billed to you. 

This does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government. 
 

As customs policies vary widely in every country, we cannot anticipate what fees are levied once the merchandise reaches your country. 


we ship within 7 days but due to different customs in every country it is hard te predict the delivery time.

shippings to France take about 7 days, US 14 days, UK 12 days. 
If customs holds back a package to check it delivery will be delayed.

We have encountered many issues with shipping to Australia, but it remains possible after sending me an email where we can discuss the options.



You can cancel your order by email within 24 hours without indication of any reason. The billed amount will be returned.
